1、 This is the chemical resistance of TPU film. TPU film is not resistant to strong polar solvents and strong acid and alkali media. At a certain temperature, alcohol, acid and ketone will cause the expansion and degradation of polyurethane elastomer. Solvents such as dichloromethane and trichloroethylene will make TPU expand at room temperature.
2、 It is the high temperature resistance of TPU film. Although the TPU film cannot change its elasticity and toughness at a low temperature of - 30 ℃, it cannot withstand high temperature. TPU has high internal heat and general high temperature resistance. The normal working temperature of TPU film is - 30 ℃~80 ℃, so TPU film cannot be used for a long time above 120 ℃.
3、 It is aimed at the current domestic TPU film market, that is, the external dependence of TPU raw materials.
